I’m pleased that my non-fiction book on stress relief and self-care is finally published and available to the public. It is a combination of my self-care choices for the past many decades and a call to those who frequently ignore their own self-care in the busy pursuit of caring for others: other people, pets, institutions, environment, you name it.
While most of the self-care topics I introduce in the book can be life-long pursuits, I’ve chosen sample techniques that require minimal time with maximum effect. Applying a few of these on a regular basis will lower stress and improve life satisfaction. They don’t require yet another dedicated avocation.
